Kindling Capital, LLC ("we") collects the information you provide in the application conversation and documents you upload, device and usage data, and information from third parties used for underwriting (credit bureaus, bank data providers, business registries). We use it to evaluate and service funding requests, prevent fraud, and communicate with you. We share it with funding partners and service providers who process it on our behalf and with regulators as required by law. Sensitive identifiers are encrypted at rest. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@kindlingfunding.com. Conversations with our AI guide are processed by an AI service provider under contract and are not used to train models.
